What to expect:
- You lead and motivate your shift team and together ensure that our production targets are safely and successfully achieved
- You coordinate the deployment planning, keep an eye on the processes and ensure smooth operation
- You control and monitor our production - from raw material preparation to cement manufacturing - ensuring the highest safety and quality standards
- Together with various specialist departments, you continuously develop our processes and actively contribute to optimising our production
What you bring:
- You are enthusiastic about technology and understand how to grasp and implement technical contexts
- You have a technical or craft vocational training (plant operator an advantage)
- Ideally, you have further training as an industrial foreman
- Strong PC skills and good technical understanding are no problem for you
- Experience in team leadership, excellent communication skills are your most valuable strength
- You find solutions to problems, enjoy working in a team and bring in new ideas
- You are physically fit and ready for shift work
