Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the preparation and cooking of high-quality and visually appealing meals for all target groups, implementation of medically prescribed dietary measures and nutritional guidelines in diet types and dishes
- Support of the menu selection system Sanalogic
- Assistance with aperitifs and banquets
- Co-responsible for achieving and maintaining the high quality standard
- Willingness to work at all stations in the kitchen
- Assistance in the training of apprentices
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ and diet cook or higher professional examination
- Strong quality and hygiene awareness
- Solid knowledge of Sanalogic
- Completed vocational training course
- Team player and service-oriented
- Independent and precise working method
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
