About the job

For our branch office, we are looking for a committed new team member. Shape the future with us through sustainable and innovative projects and work closely with the authorities and partners in the canton of Zurich.

• Definition of project goals in collaboration with real estate development
• Planning, control and monitoring of the project development process for real estate projects (new construction) for SIA phases 21 – 33 and ensuring the handover to the execution department and support into SIA 41
• Coordination of official approval procedures and compliance with all relevant legal requirements
• Quality assurance as well as responsibility for compliance with standards and norms (SIA, building laws etc.)
• Management of interdisciplinary project teams consisting of architects, draftsmen, specialist planners, and other external as well as internal specialists and departments

• Completed architecture degree (FH/ETH) or equivalent qualification
• At least five years of experience in project development
• You have experience with planning processes at municipal and cantonal level and possess a good understanding of development opportunities and solution approaches
• Confident handling of clients, authorities and specialist planners
• Proven experience in execution planning
• Sound knowledge of Swiss building standards (SIA) and construction processes
• Very good user skills in CAD (preferably ArchiCAD), MS Office, Realview
• Personal strengths: communication skills, organisational talent, problem-solving ability, decisiveness and teamwork
