The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as nursing and support at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care offering, we enable people to remain in their familiar home environment for as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

Nursing Specialist HF Spitex Studies

Your Tasks

• Nursing, care and advice for our clients at home
• Ensuring the nursing process
• Case management and conducting needs assessments in tandem with a qualified nurse
• Creation, adjustment and evaluation of nursing documentation
• Conducting advisory discussions
• Accurate recording of service data
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, care homes and other specialist agencies
• Integrated 6-month external internship in inpatient acute and transitional care
• Duration of training: 3 years (shortened HF studies of 2 years possible with a completed apprenticeship as a health specialist EFZ) or 3 to 4 years in part-time education
• Own learning transfer training (LTT), including regular exchange with HF students from partner organisations

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a health specialist EFZ, Matura or equivalent
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• Contemporary IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
• High social, methodological and professional competence
• Sense of responsibility and an independent working style
