Senior Information Security Officer

You work 100% in Zug

• Together with your experienced SISO colleagues, you take responsibility for the anchoring, communication, and enforcement of the ICT Security Architecture as well as its implementation measures (including strategy, architectural concept, and risk assessment), reporting to the Head of ICT
• The systematic observation of new technologies and market trends, as well as the development of action areas and measures to realize (innovation) potentials to promote stable and future-oriented business processes, are part of your daily tasks
• Your area of responsibility includes the implementation and ongoing updating of normative ICT security requirements as well as the identification of potential cyber risks. The review of compliance with security policies requires special attention
• At the interface of classical ICT (e.g., SAFe, XDR, IDR, MDM) to industrial ICT, you provide advice for IoT applications
• You implement the company-wide ICT risk management (ISMS)

• In addition to your degree in computer science or electrical engineering (ETH, university, or FH) and several years of practical experience in the field of ICT security and integration architecture in a demanding environment, you ideally bring further training in ICT security (MAS/CAS Information Security or CISSP/CISM)
• You are experienced in dealing with security architecture for larger companies and are well-versed in cloud and IoT technologies; you can demonstrate your experience with network architectures and protocols on a daily basis
• You possess the competence to analyze complex processes and to implement essential requirements in a goal-oriented manner with suppliers and partners
• In dealing with top management, you stand out with precise and target group-specific communication and presentation skills, complemented by above-average ability to enforce and persuasive argumentation
• You are characterized by your high service orientation and resilience, and you maintain an overview even in hectic times; your involvement in conducting security audits motivates you
• Your independent and results-oriented working style is complemented by your ability to work as a team player, and you enjoy inspiring others with your ideas
• Your negotiation-level German skills and very good English skills (at least level B2) complete your profile
