What Your Daily Routine Looks Like
- You independently and reliably carry out basic care according to the care plan
- You accompany and support our clients in their home environment, involving their relatives
- In the spirit of holistic care, you also perform household tasks for our clients
- You report observations, irregularities or changes to the responsible care specialist
- You reliably maintain the care documentation and progress report
- You follow your route according to the plan on the tablet and ensure that the planned deployment and travel times are adhered to

- You hold the certificate as an SRK Care Assistant
- You have reflected on closeness/distance and developed your own strategies to set boundaries.
- Despite changing workloads, traffic chaos in and around Wil, and differently managed households, you remain calm
- Your German language skills are very good both orally and in writing. You are confident in electronically documenting your assignments
- You have a valid category B driving licence or you are a weatherproof cyclist
