Apprenticeship Production Mechanic EFZ 2026

You manufacture workpieces using various manufacturing processes, assemble devices, apparatuses, or machines.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

As a production mechanic, you repair and maintain our injection molding, punching, and packaging machines. In this way, you are jointly responsible for a smooth production process. You also set up our machines so that we can produce new toothbrush models each time.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:

You need a secondary school diploma (Sekundarstufe 1) to learn the profession of production mechanic. You should have completed secondary school at least at level C and have good grades in mathematics and technical design.

Other important requirements for the profession of production mechanic are:
- consistently good behavior grades
- spatial imagination
- interest in technical topics/devices
