• Collaboration in various teams during assignments in the branches of your residential region as well as in the Hard business house
• Getting to know current and relevant topics in banking – focusing on basic, investment, and financing business
• Applying the knowledge learned in direct customer contact as well as in process handling
• Participation in training and internal events to further develop your personal, social, and methodological skills
• Attending inter-company courses at CYP (Challenge Your Potential) to acquire solid banking knowledge

• Completion of secondary school A with an average grade of 4.625 in the main subjects (Mathematics without Geometry, German, English, French)*
• Good Multicheck in Economics and Administration – evaluation as a commercial employee
• You are enthusiastic about the financial world and enjoy working with office programs
• Learning new things and making things happen brings you joy
• You enjoy communicating, are open-minded, and have fun collaborating with others
• Required application documents: cover letter, resume, all certificates from upper secondary school, Multicheck in Economics and Administration, assessment of secondary school (Stellwerktest, Check S2 or similar)

*The specified average grades refer to the grades at level 1. For subjects at level 2, the grade must be correspondingly higher.
