• Production and preparation of meals as well as plating of the daily, vegetarian and weekly menus
• Support at various occasions and events (e.g. brunch, holiday meals, various cold and warm buffets as well as the traditional apple cake market)
• Recognising the connections between nutrition, health and illness
• Independent task fulfilment while observing economic and ecological aspects
• General assistance in the kitchen team including carrying out cleaning tasks
• Compliance with general food processing guidelines, HACCP hygiene regulations and the hygiene concept
• Shift work with duties between 7:00 am and 7:30 pm
• Participation in team meetings

• Resilient, humorous and dynamic personality with successfully completed training as a Cook EFZ
• Experience in upscale catering in a hospital or residential environment desired
• Catering experience an advantage
• Empathetic, open, reliable and humorous team personality
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
