The Novotel Geneva Centre, a 4-star establishment nestled in the heart of Geneva, offers 206 elegant rooms, a restaurant and a friendly bar, a well-equipped fitness center, and 5 rooms dedicated to conferences or seminars. Complementing this offer, the Residence provides 30 studios located just behind the Novotel. Our team, working for these two entities, thus ensures quality service and a memorable experience for our clients.
Within the Novotel Geneva Centre, the main mission of the position is to manage the hotel's supplier and general accounting. It also replaces the Administrative and Financial Director during their absences.
Supplier Accounting
- Invoice control and processing
- Payment preparation
- End-of-month provisions
General Accounting:
- Monthly and annual closings
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- VAT declaration
- Daily processing of bank operations
- In the absence of the debtors, handle debtor invoice dispatches and cash register controls
