We are looking for a committed freight forwarding clerk (m/f) to strengthen the team of our corporate client. In this versatile position, you plan and coordinate international transports and act as the central interface between customers, suppliers and drivers.

• planning and coordinating LTL and FTL transports
• commissioning system partners
• commissioning subcontractors
• coordinating delivery dates
• notifying customers
• checking customs documents and commissioning customs clearance
• quoting and invoicing transports

Requirements

• training as a freight forwarding clerk or equivalent
• solid experience in handling international truck transport operations

MS Office - good knowledge

Languages

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
French: an advantage
