SUISA employs over 200 staff at its locations in Zurich, Lausanne and Lugano.The Film Department is located in Lausanne and serves the entire Swiss market in the audiovisual sector (feature films in cinemas and on television, series, commercials, etc.). As a succession arrangement, we are looking for an independent and committed personality to start immediately or by agreement.
These tasks will inspire you
- Processing enquiries from business customers regarding the use of music in the audiovisual sector
- Monitoring and controlling customer files
- Handling written and telephone customer enquiries in the field of film production from Switzerland
- Co-managing the telephone hotline
This is what sets you apart
- Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification with experience in customer contact (commercial apprenticeship, business school, etc.)
- Bilingual French / German is a prerequisite
- Good English and Italian skills, both spoken and written, are an advantage
- Confident handling of numbers, correspondence and customer care
- Quick comprehension
- You work in a structured manner, are committed, reliable and resilient
- Great passion for music
