Specialist Responsibility for Health Promotion and Prevention 60–100 %
At LUNGE ZÜRICH, we develop services that support people in staying healthy and coping better with health challenges.
To build and further develop our prevention work, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual who combines expertise, a desire to shape, and implementation strength.
Your task: Shaping impact
You actively shape the future of health promotion and prevention at LUNGE ZÜRICH. From ideas, you develop viable services that create concrete added value for our target groups. In doing so, you combine professional quality with pragmatic implementation and keep an eye on impact, feasibility, and further development. You work closely in projects with the management as well as with internal and external partners. In addition, you identify opportunities for new services, network people, organisations, and expertise, and represent LUNGE ZÜRICH in relevant networks and expert committees.

What you bring
You have training in health promotion and prevention, public health, health sciences, social work, or a comparable field. Experience in developing and implementing health promotion, prevention, or care projects as well as knowledge of primary and secondary prevention provide a good foundation.
You work in a structured and independent manner, gladly take on responsibility, and combine strategic considerations with solution-oriented implementation. Your communication is confident, audience-appropriate, and appreciative. In collaboration with those affected, the public, young people, professionals, companies, and public authorities, you present yourself convincingly.
- Enjoyment of networking and public relations work
- Very good German skills and good digital user skills
- Willingness for occasional assignments outside usual office hours
Particularly welcome are experiences in peer work, nicotine or addiction prevention, occupational health management, or in the context of chronic diseases.
Why LUNGE ZÜRICH?
Because with us you do not just manage existing services but help shape the future. The newly created position offers plenty of scope for design and the opportunity to help develop a new specialist area from the start. You work directly with the managing director and project leaders and implement varied projects for different target groups. In addition, there is a meaningful role in an established non-profit organisation and above-average employment conditions with a modern employer.
