• Overall responsibility for the workshop, spare parts and administration areas
• Direct leadership and development of the local management team and employees at the site
• Responsibility for achieving qualitative, operational and financial company goals
• Control and monitoring of budget targets and relevant performance indicators
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and actively supporting the acquisition of new customers
• Implementation of the company strategy and identification of optimisation potential along the operational process chain
• Promotion of a performance-oriented, appreciative and motivating team culture
• Representation of IVECO towards customers, partners, industry associations and educational institutions
• Responsibility for the operational facility, necessary investments and compliance with quality and safety standards
• Close cooperation with management and central specialist departments

• Technical basic training in the automotive, commercial vehicle or related field
• Commercial or business management further education
• Several years of professional experience as a workshop manager or in a comparable leadership role is essential
• Experience in the truck or commercial vehicle sector is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong business understanding
• Confidence in handling key figures, analyses and reports
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong leadership, communication and motivation skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Assertiveness, decisiveness and high resilience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• French, English or Italian skills are an advantage
