The pension fund of Mercedes-Benz Automobil AG is an autonomous pension fund with around 1,600 active insured persons and 540 pensioners, as well as a balance sheet total of around CHF 570 million.
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, service-oriented, independent and competent person who enjoys supporting customers in occupational pension provision and takes responsibility in a varied range of tasks.
Your tasks
- Support and advice for affiliated companies and insured persons
- Independent management and processing of business cases in occupational pension provision
- Carrying out calculations in the context of changes (e.g. retirements, buy-ins, WEF advances, divorce payments, etc.)
- Supporting the managing director in administrative and professional matters
- Performing reconciliation and control tasks
- Participation in projects and in the further development of processes
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with experience or further training in occupational pension provision or social insurance
- Good communication skills and confident appearance
- High service and customer orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, other national languages an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
