Job Description
To strengthen our nursing management, we are looking for a committed, professionally competent and strong leadership personality as Deputy Director of Nursing / Director of Nursing.
In this responsible role, you will support the nursing management in the operational leadership of the nursing department and actively contribute to the further development of our high-quality patient care.
Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the leadership, organisation and further development of the nursing department
- Deputising for the Director of Nursing in her absence
- Ensuring high nursing quality as well as compliance with standards, guidelines and legal requirements
- Supporting and accompanying the management staff in personnel, professional and organisational matters
- Active participation in projects, quality and digitalisation initiatives
- Promoting appreciative, interprofessional collaboration
- Participation in budget planning, controlling and resource management
Qualifications
- Completed training in nursing (HF/FH) with further qualification in management (e.g. MAS, CAS Leadership in Healthcare)
- Several years of leadership experience in the acute sector, ideally in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system as well as quality and process management
- High social competence, assertiveness and communication skills
- Strategic thinking as well as pronounced organisational skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and resilient personality
- Language skills: French, Italian and English
