Gallo AG, headquartered in Hünenberg (ZG), is one of the leading Swiss companies in facility management and employs around 2,000 staff. For our branch in Abtwil (SG), we are looking for a Facility Manager Cleaning Services to start immediately or by arrangement.

The cleaning facility manager is responsible for the operational management and organisation of the cleaning contracts assigned to them. They ensure the smooth running of the cleaning services and guarantee compliance with the agreed quality standards. As the direct supervisor of the cleaning staff, they are responsible for personnel management, deployment planning, and ensuring a clean, functional, and customer-oriented service delivery.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring smooth operations across all assigned cleaning contracts
• Planning and coordinating the cleaning services
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Point of contact for customers on operational matters
• Recruitment and induction of new cleaning staff
• Recording and monitoring working hours (holidays, absences, personnel data)
• Conducting regular quality checks on the contracts
• Handling customer feedback and complaints
• Procurement, reordering, and delivery of cleaning materials
• Checking, maintenance, and organisation of cleaning machines and equipment
• Supporting cleaning teams during staff shortages

Your profile

Professional requirements

• Basic knowledge or professional experience in professional cleaning
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Category B driving licence
• Knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Basic understanding of occupational safety and hygiene regulations
