Your Tasks
In this challenging and exciting role, you bear overall responsibility for the development and value-preserving maintenance of hospital buildings, staff accommodations, and site facilities. You create maintenance and construction schedules and develop the basis for medium-term planning as well as the budget. As part of the pioneering strategic project "Dreiklang," you are significantly involved at the interface between supporting the highly complex construction project and ensuring ongoing operations. Particularly noteworthy is the overall responsibility for all data and model inventories of the Digital Twin "Dreiklang." Other projects include the partial dismantling of the current main hospital, the replacement new construction of the daycare/kindergarten, the new parking garage, and the replacement new construction for nuclear medicine and radio-oncology. As a supervisor of the building and site maintenance areas, the construction team, and construction management, you lead your employees according to modern principles.
Your Profile
You have a degree from ETH/FH as an architect or civil engineer and bring several years of professional experience in the conception, planning, and implementation of construction projects in a complex environment. Good knowledge of the BIM methodology and its practical application support you in your project and operational tasks. Your strong communication and networking skills assist you in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate collaboration with the various professional groups of an expert organization. With your motivation and empathy, you are a role model for your employees. At the same time, good assertiveness enables you to achieve your goals.
