For the extracurricular care of the Eidmatt school unit, we are looking for a dedicated individual from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement as
Head of Care 100%
In this responsible role, you will take on the professional, personnel, and organisational management of the care facility of the Eidmatt school unit. You will promote constructive collaboration with the school and the responsible department, ensure the quality of care, and represent the interests of the care service to the school, parents, and authorities. In addition, you will be responsible for the care of children aged 4 to 13 years.
As an open, communicative, and assertive individual with high social competence, you value close cooperation within the school environment. You can expect a motivated and committed teaching and care team.
You have a completed degree in pedagogy or social pedagogy (HF/FH) or an equivalent qualification (SBFI-recognised). We expect sound pedagogical expertise. Ideally, you bring several years of experience in caring for children of this age group. A completed leadership training and leadership experience complete your profile.
Your personal strengths include a positive view of people, flexibility, and resilience. You work responsibly, have good IT user skills, and maintain an appreciative, clear, and transparent leadership style. Your interest in the further development of care and in team-building processes also distinguishes you.
