Your field of work

At Sonnmatt, you accompany elderly people with empathy, professional competence and heart. You contribute to ensuring that our guests feel safe, comfortable and well cared for in their home.

• You care for and support our guests holistically and resource-oriented, promoting their independence in everyday life.
• You work together with the interprofessional team to provide individual and high-quality care.
• You advise and support relatives with sensitivity and competence.
• You take responsibility as a contact person for care staff and trainees and support them in their daily work.
• You independently and carefully document the care process in the electronic care documentation.
• If desired, you engage in the training of our trainees and pass on your knowledge.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ.
• Professional experience in long-term care or a home care organisation is an advantage – motivated career starters are also warmly welcome.
• You treat elderly people with respect, empathy and appreciation.
• You work responsibly, independently and also enjoy working in a team.
• You are proficient in using electronic care documentation (ideally Nexus and RAI).
• You appreciate regular day and late shifts without night shifts.
