As a service specialist in warehouse management, you look after warehouse and supply solutions such as shelving systems and digital dispensing machines at our customers. You ensure that the required consumables are always available and support our customers with reliable and professional on-site service. You take responsibility for independent management, ensure high product availability and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and joint success with your commitment. As the direct contact person on site, you represent Würth and create visible added value for our customers through your reliable way of working.
Tasks
- Independent support and management of warehouse management systems and digital dispensing machines at our customers on site
- Monitoring and ensuring high product availability through regular stock checks and reorders
- Filling, refilling, labelling and maintaining shelving systems
- Ensuring a clean, clear and sales-promoting product presentation
- Processing returns and shipments in cooperation with internal contacts
- Regular system checks for completeness and functionality
- Active communication with customers and internal departments
Requirements
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and independent work in the field
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics or retail, in a technical environment or in a craft trade is an advantage
- High service and customer orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form. French skills are an advantage
- Structured, reliable and careful way of working
- Organisational talent as well as initiative and sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and willingness to respond to different customer requirements
- Confident handling of digital work tools
- High willingness to travel and a category B driving licence
