In Switzerland, it rents out over 6,500 apartments and more than 350,000 m² of office and commercial space and has a strategic pipeline with development projects. BVK also uses its real estate expertise for the granting of mortgages. It manages investment assets of around 46 billion Swiss francs. Responsible investing is an integral part of the investment activity.

We are looking for reinforcement for our Real Estate Management department with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Contact person for technical and structural issues in property operations
• Support for smaller conversion and maintenance projects
• Ensuring and maintaining plant and property documentation
• Technical support and advice for property management
• Participation in the operation of photovoltaic systems
• Support in defect, warranty and quality management
• Supervision of FM service providers and framework agreements
• Collaboration in the implementation of new properties and in the CAFM system
• Responsibility for fire protection issues within the area of responsibility

What you bring

• Technical basic training with appropriate further education (HF or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in facility management or building operations
• Sound technical understanding and experience with external service providers
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
• Good MS Office skills and confident German language skills
• French and/or Italian language skills are an advantage
