The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. Your tasks
- Main responsibility for the supervision of HF/FH students and FaGe apprentices in their residential area
- After the induction period, taking over day and house responsibility
- Designing the nursing process and participating in direct care
- Participation in interdisciplinary specialist groups, including palliative care, dementia, integrative validation
Your profile
- Passion for long-term care and enjoyment in shaping development processes
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Completion as a vocational trainer (100 hours)
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
