What to expect
- Operation & Monitoring: You operate and monitor our processing plants while strictly adhering to all safety standards
- Production & Silo Management: You keep a close eye on production processes, gravel and grit processing, as well as silo management
- Maintenance & Servicing: You independently and as part of a team carry out maintenance, repair, and overhaul work (including preventive maintenance)
- Quality Assurance: You ensure the high quality of our aggregate materials
- Reporting & Upkeep: You accurately report production and maintenance work and perform necessary cleaning and tidying tasks
- Collaboration: You work constructively with the maintenance, production, and quality management departments
What you bring
- Education: You have completed a basic technical training
- Qualification: You have further training as a raw material processor with a federal diploma – or are willing to complete it
- Experience & Knowledge: You bring experience from gravel production or a similar environment (e.g. construction industry). Additionally, you have solid basic knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, control technology/pneumatics, and mineralogy
- IT & Technical Affinity: You are interested in modern production technology, open to new technologies, and have good IT user skills
- Personality: You are characterised by a reliable, structured, and independent working style. You think solution-oriented, show initiative, and possess a high level of safety and responsibility awareness
- Team Spirit & Communication: You are a helpful team player with good communication skills and open to learning new tasks
- Languages & Mobility: You speak fluent German (English skills are an advantage) and are mobile within the region to be managed
