Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (CNC Milling with Mastercam and 5-Axis Technology)

Responsibilities

Independent programming of CNC machining with Mastercam
Setting up and operating 3- to 5-axis milling machines
Manufacturing demanding individual parts and small series
Optimising programmes and manufacturing processes
Conducting quality checks on the manufactured components
Ensuring precise and economical production

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic, cutting machine operator, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in CNC milling is an advantage
Experience with 3- to 5-axis machining centres
Good CAM knowledge, ideally with Mastercam
Knowledge of Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Mazatrol controls is an advantage
High quality awareness and precise working method
Independent, flexible, and team-oriented personality
