Your tasks
- Support the team with general administrative and back-office tasks
- Creation, maintenance, and archiving of documents and records
- Processing and updating Excel lists as well as data maintenance
- Written and telephone correspondence with internal and external contacts
- Maintenance and management of master data as well as changes in various systems
- Support with organisational tasks and ongoing projects
- Ensuring a structured and efficient filing system as well as data quality
What you bring
- Ongoing studies or interest in a temporary administrative role
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Quick comprehension and careful working style
- German or French as a mother tongue
- Very good knowledge of the other language as well as good English skills
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
