About the internship
We offer you the unique opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at an emergency services organisation. During the internship, you can write press releases, intranet news, and smaller communication concepts, as well as create Instagram posts and TikToks. Through daily contact with police officers, you will experience firsthand how diverse the tasks of the police are.
The internship is aimed at students or individuals currently undertaking further training in the field of communication. In a one-month exchange with the internship position at the Communication Department of the City of St.Gallen (in the fifth month), you will also gain insight into the communication of politics and authorities.
This position is for you if you
- are studying at a university of applied sciences or university.
- are interested in the communication of an emergency services organisation.
- have initial experience in the field of communication (started studies, already completed internships, part-time job in communication, etc.).
