About the job
Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and support around 45 residents across five residential groups in Trun and the Soldanella home in Sedrun, as well as in our studios.
From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a carer for our adult care team at our Sedrun location, 100% FaBe, equivalent qualification, career changers welcome.
Area of responsibility:
• Accompanying, caring for and promoting residents of the protected residential and day structure
• Independent creation, implementation and evaluation of support plans
• Organisation of the working day and leisure activities
• Responsibility for the basic care of residents
• Active and constructive collaboration within the team and department
We expect:
• FaBe or equivalent qualification in care or work area, career changers welcome
• Willingness to organise part of the daily routine for people with disabilities and to support them in this
• Organisational talent and creativity
• Mental resilience, patience and empathy
• Ability to work in a team and accept criticism
• Your spontaneity and natural sense of humour complete your profile
