For our Work Integration Office, which is integrated into the Social Department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a personality as
Your tasks
- Your task is to clarify resources and provide advisory support for targeted placement of social assistance recipients in the first and second labor markets. You network employers, educational and social institutions according to the skills and goals of our job seekers and take on case responsibility for the sustainable work integration process of social assistance recipients. You work closely with the social workers responsible for the cases. The IT-supported case management (Tutoris) and the implementation of small group coaching as part of placement-oriented counseling are also part of your tasks.
Your profile
- You have solid professional integration and job placement experience with a higher professional qualification, ideally in the field of work and livelihood security. Your networking skills enable you to build sustainable employer relationships and partnerships. Diverse methodological knowledge in activating and motivating sometimes change-resistant clients as well as above-average communication skills in conducting conversations and in correspondence are important for this position. You are tolerant and open to diverse lifestyles and cultures. You have a high level of self- and external reflection ability, and your ability to listen as well as your abstraction skills complete your profile.
