For the establishment of a new dementia team, we are looking for

Would you like to give people with dementia and their relatives a better quality of life?

You accompany families with expertise, empathy and creative solutions through the challenges of the illness.

Your tasks

• You care for, support and advise people with dementia and their families individually.

• You take on case management and control the care process.

• You promote a networked and holistic care approach.

• You contribute your expertise to the development of our dementia services.

What you bring

• Certified nursing professional HF/FH

• Enthusiasm and interest in working with people with dementia

• Experience in the field of dementia (further training as a Dementia Coach is welcome or you are willing to complete it)

• Driving licence class B

What to expect

• Your tasks offer great scope for creativity.

• You are actively involved in the establishment and development of the dementia team.

• You help to shape your duty roster within the team.

• You can contribute your expertise and develop it further in a targeted manner.

• We cover the costs for further training as a Dementia Coach.
