The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care center each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique all-round care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Your Tasks
- Production and preparation of freshly made daily meals for patients as well as residents and employees
- You enjoy working according to recipe specifications and adhere to standards and structures
- If necessary, you support all kitchen stations including the serving area in the restaurant as well as the kitchen team at the Basel location
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
- Ideally, you have experience in à la carte and diet cuisine and have a flair for pastry
- Experience in community, hospital, or home gastronomy is an advantage
- Team-oriented, innovative, and committed personality with service understanding and high quality awareness
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness for regular work on weekends and public holidays is a matter of course in a 7-day operation
