The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, to metal and plastic components. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

What you can achieve:

• Support the Quality Director of Hamilton AG in maintaining and upholding the integrated QMS
• Collaborate with the quality managers of the various business units and their teams to maintain and ensure regulatory QMS requirements
• Enforce process guidelines in all areas
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits, maintain and further develop the QMS
• Advise process owners regarding group-wide synergy potentials in process optimisation
• Lead cross-functional and cross-site projects to improve the QMS, including CAPA projects
• Collaborate with and support quality managers at the branches to establish and expand the QMS
• Conduct gap analyses in the regulatory area, implement regulatory requirements
• Support the system owner for the CAQ system Babtec in maintaining and further developing the system modules

What you bring with you:

• Technical or scientific university degree with a qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs and quality management systems
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, at least level B2
