• You clean buildings and outdoor areas to keep them looking top-notch at all times.
• You bring green spaces, plants, and flower beds into top condition—both indoors and outdoors.
• You professionally maintain doors, windows, walls, and sanitary facilities.
• You check heating, ventilation, as well as electrical and sanitary systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You ensure proper waste disposal in and around the building.
• You take care that the audio and video technology runs perfectly and assist with events.

• You attend secondary school level B or level C with very good grades.
• You have manual skills and good technical understanding.
• You are reliable and enjoy working independently.
• You enjoy varied tasks and are physically resilient.
• You possess strong social skills and good teamwork abilities.

• Experienced and competent trainers accompany you with close practical relevance throughout your three-year apprenticeship.
• During your apprenticeship, besides your main training location in Horw, you will also visit other sites to deepen your knowledge further.
