ZurichYour Tasks
- You are jointly responsible for the educational and professional development of eight programme participants.
- You conduct specialist training and individual instructions and implement the support concept.
- Together with your team, you are responsible for operational processes and order processing in the bicycle workshop.
- You repair bicycles and e-bikes in the workshop.
- You manage the large second-hand parts warehouse and take care of upcycling used bicycles.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a bicycle mechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Educational or adult education training, or interest in completing such training
- Experience in work-related educational activities as well as experience in the bicycle industry
- Flawless German language skills (spoken and written) as well as good IT user skills (e.g. MS Office)
- Independent and reliable, empathetic personality with the ability to collaborate respectfully with people from different cultures

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 70,000 and 95,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
