Safety Officer (all) 80–100%
We are looking for you as
Your mission
- You continuously develop our ASA system and the safety organisation and take them to the next level
- You develop emergency and evacuation plans and create the associated training and information materials
- You manage our safety software "safely" and record our ASA documentation in it
- You lead the BeSiBe team, coordinate its activities and ensure a functioning safety organisation through training and clear processes
- You advise and support our managers and employees on occupational safety and health protection and are part of the corporate health management (BGM) team
- You identify hazards early, conduct risk assessments and audits, and initiate appropriate measures
- You keep an eye on the fire safety of our more than 40 municipal and school buildings
What you bring
- Federal specialist certificate as ASGS specialist or training as EKAS safety specialist
- Several years of professional experience in occupational safety and health protection
- A trained eye for risks, a pragmatic mindset and enjoyment in finding solutions
- Communication skills, empathy and tact – but also the courage to set clear boundaries when necessary
- An independent, structured way of working and enthusiasm to make a difference
