Your contribution to our team
In this responsible leadership role, you take on the professional and personnel management of our accounts payable team. You coordinate daily operations, set priorities and ensure a high level of service and process quality together with your team. You are responsible for the entire accounts payable process from invoice processing to payment transactions and ensuring high data quality.
As the central contact person for internal departments, suppliers and external partners, you ensure professional and solution-oriented collaboration. In addition, you work closely with finance and accounting, support monthly and annual financial statements and contribute your expertise to complex issues.
An important part of your role is the continuous development of accounts payable accounting. You drive optimisation and digitalisation initiatives, participate in cross-departmental projects and actively shape the future of the department together with your team.
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training, supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or willingness to develop in this area
- Several years of experience in a leadership or team management role with enthusiasm for supporting, promoting and achieving success with employees
- Proven expertise in accounts payable accounting as well as a good understanding of accounting contexts and processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills combined with the ability to set priorities and successfully coordinate various stakeholders
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a high quality standard and strong sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as great interest in digital processes and new technologies
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus
