For our client, an IT service company, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an Accountant 60-80%. Accounting here is not considered a mere formality but a central management tool. In this role, you are responsible for financial accounting including statements, work closely with the CFO, and actively develop processes further. Flexible working hours with home office and workation options as well as a respectful culture with strong team spirit complete the offer.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Independently managing financial accounting and preparing periodic statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Preparing VAT returns and handling other tax declarations
• Maintaining and implementing the internal control system and acting as the contact person for audits
• Supporting the finance management with analyses and decision-making bases and taking responsibility for inventory

You offer your new employer:

• Further training in finance and accounting, preferably the Swiss federal diploma or many years of equivalent professional experience
• Confidence in daily business through several years of experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual statements as well as collaboration with audit firms
• Fluent German and proficient use of ERP systems, ideally from the Microsoft Dynamics world, and common Office applications
• With initiative, responsibility, and open communication, you like to contribute to the team and interfaces
