The assignments take place from Monday to Friday.
Working hours are usually (depending on the place of assignment) between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Your main tasks:

- First point of contact for all customer concerns
- Reception and care of customers, guests, and partners
- Ensuring seamless reception coverage and service during business hours
- Telephone service
- Various administrative tasks (e.g., processing emails, creating telephone lists, etc.)
- Mail services
- Management of access authorizations and badges

Your profile:

- High flexibility and willingness to work at different locations (Bern, Burgdorf, and Langenthal)
- Completed training in the commercial sector or service sector
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
