- Professional handling of complex personnel cases, labour law issues and absence management.
- Close cooperation with our HR services for professional and efficient personnel support.
What you bring with you
- You have an HR professional certificate or a comparable further qualification as well as several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Enjoy supporting managers both in day-to-day operations and with strategic issues.
- Experience or further training in change management, organisational development, coaching or leadership development.
- Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong consulting and moderation skills as well as a good sense for people and organisations.
- Confident German language skills and good English skills.
