Employee in Training FH (60%)
Focus: Social Counseling & Case Management
We offer a holistic and low-threshold support service in the areas of counseling, work integration, and assisted living. This is aimed especially at people who face multiple life challenges and develops new perspectives for life and work with them.
We are looking for a motivated personality who already takes on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities during training:
Social Counseling (approx. 30%)
Short- or long-term, holistic and goal-oriented counseling for people aged 16-65 on the topics of self-organization & administration and budget & finances with the aim of improving their living conditions.
Case Management (approx. 30%)
Individual case management in the support process of participants in our work integration and interface to the referring agency with the goal of coordinating internal and external measures sensibly.
In addition, this includes
- Cooperative collaboration with internal and external professionals
- Administration and documentation of case management processes
- Participation in team- and offer-related meetings as well as case supervision
- Ongoing studies in Social Work at a University of Applied Sciences or admission for it
- Relationship-oriented and empathetic working style with the target group
- Good administrative skills and written expression
- High independence, initiative, and assertiveness
- Social skills and conflict ability in the team and in dealing with the target group
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Dynamic work environment with professional self-expectation and great passion
- Professional support by a practical trainer
- Interdisciplinary, appreciative team with commitment and openness
