For our site in Zug, we are looking for a Site Manager (m/f).
Your main tasks:
• Responsible for the pedagogical and organisational management of the site and the smooth operation of the site
• Active and professional collaboration with parents, employees, authorities, and management
• Ensuring and further developing the high quality of the facility
• Responsible for the implementation and compliance with concepts (hygiene, safety, and emergency concepts, etc.)
• Responsible for the implementation of the pedagogical concept and its further development
• Support, guidance, and preparation of pedagogical documentation in collaboration with the group-responsible professionals
• Training responsibility for apprentices and interns
• Team leadership and team development
Your profile:
• Federal certificate of competence as a childcare/education specialist (e.g. FaBeK or early childhood education) or an equivalent qualification as well as completed additional training for nursery management (MMI, BKE or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of leadership experience
• Structured, service-oriented and independent working style, high sense of responsibility
• Good presentation skills and communication skills as well as organisational talent
• You are proactive, resilient, and flexible
• Customer-oriented approach
• Team player with good communication skills
• Openness to different cultures
• Very good English skills, spoken and written
