The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

(Specialist) Psychologist in Baden (m/f/d), 70-90%

Our team at the outpatient clinic for trauma-related disorders in Baden is looking for support from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent conduct of outpatient psychotherapies in collaboration with psychiatric specialists
• Independent leadership and co-leadership of psychotherapeutic group therapies
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external agencies
• Participation in team meetings, intervision, and supervision
• Participation in diagnostics (trauma, ADHD, personality disorders) desired

Your profile:

• Completed psychology degree or equivalent qualification and completed or well-advanced psychotherapy training
• Trauma expertise: completed trauma-specific training, experience working with patients with trauma-related disorders, and experience in implementing trauma confrontations – or a strong willingness to further train in this area
• Desire to contribute yourself and your ideas to enrich the therapeutic concept of the location
• Openness, collegiality, responsibility, and motivation
• Experience in diagnostics (trauma, ADHD, personality disorders) is an advantage
• Strong identification with the mission statement and conceptual foundations of the therapeutic work at Klinik Im Hasel AG
• We expect an attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
