Deputy Head of Housekeeping 100%

• Support the Head of Housekeeping in organizing all housekeeping services (cleaning, laundry, catering, etc.)
• Co-responsibility for a structured daily routine and needs-oriented
• Care of residents in the housekeeping area
• Participation in deployment and vacation planning as well as efficient work organization
• Professional guidance and motivation of the team – promoting appreciative and collegial cooperation
• Ensuring and monitoring quality standards in hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality

• Completed training in housekeeping, hospitality, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a senior or nursing home
• First leadership experience and enjoyment of working with elderly people
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and strong service orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
