Work predominantly on-site in Horgen
- First-level support
- Processing daily service requests via the ticket system
- Forwarding complex requests to second-level support
Second-level support - Maintenance and organisation of server rooms and IT equipment storage on-site
- Procurement and setup of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Support and maintenance of local conference room equipment
- Coordination of third-party providers for on-site support
Remote Eyes & Hands for global IT teams: - Support with cybersecurity tasks such as patching and malware incidents
- Participation in enterprise architecture through the definition of standards.
- Troubleshooting local servers and networks (WLAN/LAN/WAN
- Completed IT training or comparable experience
- Enjoyment & experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level)
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity
- High service orientation and diplomatic
- Very good German and English skills
