Diet Cook 100% (m/f/d)

The essence of your role:

• Independent preparation of all diet and special diet forms according to medical prescription
• Implementation of diets for diabetes, allergies, intolerances as well as malnutrition
• Knowledge of IDDSI standards for dysphagia-appropriate diets is desirable
• Deployable in all kitchen stations
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP

The basis of your performance:

• Training as a cook EFZ and diet cook EFZ/FA
• Enjoyment in preparing fresh, healthy and varied meals
• Responsible, team-oriented and independent working style
• Openness to new things and enjoyment in dealing with different groups of people
• Participation in production for patient catering, staff restaurant and cafeteria
• Professional contact person for the dietetics area within the kitchen
