Your tasks
In the "Pensions / IV-TG" section of the compensation office of the Canton of Fribourg:
- Check registrations, letters and various information
- Create a complete file: verify information and request necessary information and documents
- Determine entitlement to pensions and calculate benefits (pensions and IV daily allowances)
- Monitor and process reminders: reminder letters, file revisions
- Respond to information requests: in writing, by telephone or during a personal interview
Desired profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a merchant or equivalent qualification
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent IT skills
- Proficiency in the German language
