Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) 100%
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing quotation requests (checking technical feasibility, determining raw materials)
- Creating internal specifications
- Creating relevant specification documents and quality standards
- Developing quality planning and inspection planning
- Evaluating the quality situation in selected productions and quality deviations (complaint management)
- Handling complaints through analyses and reports
- Specification management, advising customers regarding product specification/definition
- Training departments on new/complex processes
- Statistical evaluations and analysis of production data as well as leading Sigma projects
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a paper technologist
- Further education in quality assurance/quality management
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable training is an advantage
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the paper industry is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Minitab, FMEA and 8D methodology
- Experience in moderating workshops and improvement projects
- Audit experience (internal and/or external) is an advantage
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Impeccable reputation
- German language skills at C1 level and English skills at B2 level, both spoken and written
