About the job
We are an owner-managed Swiss family business that has been developing, producing and assembling plastic parts using injection moulding on behalf of customers since 1981. Versatility in individual customer solutions, precision in tool development, efficiency in series production and flexibility in assembly are our strengths. The SKS team consists of around 100 employees.
For our production department we are looking for a
Group Leader Process Engineering with Leadership Experience from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Technical and personnel management of the process engineering team as well as the apprentices (8 employees, 4 apprentices)
- Organisation and assurance of set-up operations and sampling
- Optimisation of injection moulding processes in terms of quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Introduction of new tools, products, machines and manufacturing processes
- Further development of employees and promotion of their expertise
- Close cooperation with the production manager, production planning and other specialist departments
- Setting up injection moulding machines
Your profile
- Training as a plastics technologist with further education in plastics technology (HF)
- Several years of professional experience in plastic injection moulding technology and process engineering
- Sound knowledge in the optimisation of injection moulding processes
- Experience in leading and developing employees
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented and responsible personality
- High quality orientation as well as interest in new technologies and continuous improvement
