To strengthen our Spitex team, we are looking for motivated
individuals as FaGe EFZ, FA SRK or certified home care nurses on an hourly wage basis, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Comprehensive and resource-oriented care and support of our clients in their homes
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Implementation of nursing measures according to your training and competencies
- Participation in individual care planning and its implementation
- Careful electronic nursing documentation
- Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary Spitex team
- Co-responsibility for high-quality care and support
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, SRK certificate or certified home care nurse
- Enjoyment of independent work with our clients at home
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and team spirit
- Friendly and appreciative interaction with people
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
