The WSL Institute for Snow and Avalanche Research SLF is part of the Federal Research Institute WSL and thus belongs to the ETH domain. WSL is concerned with the sustainable use and protection of the environment as well as responsible management of natural hazards. It employs around 600 staff, of which 180 work at the SLF in Davos.
HR Generalist 60-70% (m/f/d)
As a successor to the previous position holder, we are looking from October 1, 2025 or by agreement at the Davos location for the advice and support of our employees and managers for a
You ensure competent and customer-oriented personnel services and independently manage a part of WSL in all personnel matters from A to Z. Your tasks include, for example, ensuring high-quality HR administration as well as personnel recruitment. You advise and support our employees in all administrative and operational HR lifecycle topics and accompany line managers in the application of leadership tools, labor law, and change processes. Your role also includes active participation in digitization projects.
You have a commercial or business administration basic education with HR further training (e.g., HR specialist certificate level, NDS/CAS or equivalent), preferably several years of experience as an HR generalist, and have already comprehensively advised employees and line managers in this role. You have also successfully participated in HR projects. Your working style is independent, reliable, and careful. You possess negotiation skills as well as very good communication skills (in German and English). You are service-oriented and motivated to tackle the diverse and lively HR daily business together with your colleague in Davos.
